The fact that he knows it will be risky means that he will likely bring allies who have proven themselves in combat. I will not decline his request for aide, but you seem to be far more useful as carrot than stick.
I'm not his brother, and I don't lose my limbs easily. The only brilliant thing about Savage is his name. While he might not let anyone kill you but him, he's not so stupid to not consider strength in numbers. People holding your limbs while he peels your skin off with his teeth comes to mind as something he might resort to.
