[Reaper, of course, had to come and investigate this situation personally, since there was a high chance that he was going to be involved in whatever Maul was going to do. If he was going to have to defend or defeat the Zabrak's upcoming actions, he had to know more about what he was working with.
Also, based on the conversations he had read, heard and saw, this one was apparently very special.]

On the eve of the 24th, a brightly colored dreamguide vested in black and yellow comes marching into your space. A golden hue surrounds it, shimmering with every flicker of its wings creating a venerable light show. Hanging from its short limbs is a ziplock bag with a few tablespoons of honey and no note attached. Freshly collected, the little buzz maker circles around you once, twice, and on the third drops the bag above you - hope you catch it. Once it's made its delivery it will go on its merry way.

[Maul is very shaken up after the conversation he'd had with Chuck and he needed to talk to someone about it. He thought about asking one of his friends but what if they'd been complicit in not telling him all this time? How could he trust anyone? So he turned to the one person he knew would at least be shaken by it as much as he'd been.
With the distance of the Fluid, Maul knew at least he wouldn't be able to go for Obi-Wan should the conversation take a turn for the worst, so as soon as the Jedi answers, Maul starts in abruptly.]

[ since hearing from ventress about his former master, qui-gon has been a little more distant than usual with anakin and obi-wan. there isn't a lot of time to spare in meditation when a town is falling apart and people need help, but he takes the time he can, helps where he's needed in dealing with maul.
