You didn't exactly give a lot of details. So you're being deliberately vague for a particular reason.

[Nope, Padmé is a distraction from the fact that Obi-Wan has been keeping secrets from him. Never mind that all of this is a product of him keeping secrets for years.]

[ patiently. ]
