Master is how our pupils address us as a sign of respect.

Some habits die hard.

I still refer to my teacher as Master, even now. And the Masters who have trained me.

Do you have some kind of school where people learn to be Jedi Knights?

We do. A Temple where people come to train in the Force and learn how to become a Jedi.

Can anybody do that, or is it really hard to get in

You have to start at an early age and be Force-sensitive.
